Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an Associate Product Manager with a background in AdTech / Ad Operations  to drive our product roadmap forward.  This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our AdAdapted product strategy and vision. This Product Manager will be trained on all PM related tasks, specifically we are looking for someone with an AdOps background and hunger to move into a product management function leveraging their unique perspective. 

You will own:

  • Product roadmap and market outcomes within your domain in Ad Products, translating user problems and market opportunities into agile product roadmaps
  • Providing a fresh perspective and providing insight to current trends, grounding your decisions in user research, technical considerations and business goals, leveraging background in Ad Operations through this process
  • Coordinating with a cross-functional team of engineers, user experience, analysts, and marketers to measurable improve the success of our clients
  • Partnering with senior leadership to proactively problem solve and prioritize initiatives with the potential to deliver the greatest business impact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an ad operations function (no formal product management experience required)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or ad tech in a B2B setting, ideally with a familiarity of in-app mobile advertising technology
  • Experience working on or using ad products available through DSPs
  • Experience in one or more of the top tier DSPs, including TradeDesk, Xander, MediaMath, ETC.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Computer Science or other technical field preferred
  • Comfort navigating product challenges in a fast-paced environment, while working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is seeking a world class marketing professional to join our growing sales and marketing team!  You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder, and will be responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategies from inception to execution including both internal and external communication.  You will leverage your product marketing, lead generation, and branding experience to aggressively expand our market presence.  You will deeply understand our target market, and your work will be critical to meeting and exceeding our growth targets.  As a leader at one of the fastest-growing startups in the midwest region you will contribute to our strategic direction as a company and will have a direct impact on building both the marketing function and company as a whole. 

You will own:

  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategy for new products and markets, working with leadership to identify opportunities, positioning, and pricing. This could include vertical and market expansion beyond domestic CPGs and agencies.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader to join us in our mission to develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for our self-managed Direct Platform. You will have deep experience marketing a B2B SaaS platform to buyers, including emerging CPGs, Retailers and Brands in a highly competitive space.

The Product Marketer will play an important role in driving conversion, growth, adoption and retention of products and features across the AdAdapted Direct ecosystem.  This is a highly strategic and collaborative position critical to the success of our self-managed shopping list marketing platform, AdAdapted Direct.

You will be a “driver” that influences the roadmap and vision for our platform, and will make a significant impact as we embark on our next chapter of our growth journey. 

You will develop and execute go-to-market plans and work across the marketing team on strategies to ensure continued conversion, growth, adoption and retention of new AdAdapted products and services. The ideal candidate must be innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects with stakeholders across marketing and other departments.

You will own:

  • Create Go-To-Market plans to promote existing and new SaaS advertising products, driving awareness and adoption amongst prospective customers and current clients.
  • Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that conveys what makes us better and different than competitors.
  • Define product-specific value propositions and create messaging to differentiate new and existing AdAdapted offerings
  • You will be tasked with arming our salesforce with marketing collateral to ensure they are well prepared to sell new solutions, which could include developing sales enablement materials such as slide decks and battle cards.
  • Effectively manage cross-functional implementation of product marketing plans and establish best practices around PM by living at the intersection of sales, product management and marketing. 
  • Ensure marketing program strategy and tactics are aligned to our buyer journey and brand to increase revenue-generating adoption and upsell opportunities. 
  • Be an internal advocate for our clients’ needs, addressing pain points as we develop new solutions and refine existing products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in the field of business, marketing, advertising, or related
  • 5+  years of relevant experience and 3+ years product marketing experience in SaaS preferably in ad tech in a B2B setting, ideally with a familiarity of in-app mobile advertising technology
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs that drive growth
  • Experience using tools such as CRM/marketing automation tools, Looker, Google suite 
  • Experience with marketing in CPG, e-commerce, or retail required

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is hiring a VP of Partnerships to join our growing team. Our partnerships are at the heart of our company.  This individual will focus on owning existing relationships with current app/publisher partners as well as prospect and grow new relationships within the publisher space. This person will have a dynamic impact on the growth and success of our publisher business, and will have direct influence on building out our partnership sales strategy with the executive leadership team. They will also lead strategic initiatives around increasing AdAdapted’s audience. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and have experience building relationships with digital publishers. strong relationships with mobile app publishers in the cooking, grocery, productivity and lifestyle markets. They will also understand publisher monetization and advertising needs. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated a record of success and accomplishments in digital media and/or technology sales as well as be familiar with SDK integration and selling complex or technical products. Aside from being technically savvy, you must also be an effective communicator with exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

You will own:

  • Leveraging network of existing publishers and continuously prospect for new publisher partnerships; evangelizing AdAdapted value proposition and demonstrating our unique solutions as a true subject matter expert in all interactions
  • Work with leadership team to define, achieve and exceed audience growth goals as well as drive negotiations with new and prospective partners
  • Develop a sales strategy for mobile in-app publishers that accelerates business growth
  • Work closely with Marketing to shape go-to-market materials, and become the in-house expert at communicating our story to these stakeholders
  • Lead efforts through all aspects of the sales cycle including relationship initiation, negotiation, contract closing, integration, and partnership expansion

  • 5+ years experience with enterprise sales or business development in a grocery or app publisher focused business
