Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an Associate Product Manager with a background in AdTech / Ad Operations  to drive our product roadmap forward.  This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our AdAdapted product strategy and vision. This Product Manager will be trained on all PM related tasks, specifically we are looking for someone with an AdOps background and hunger to move into a product management function leveraging their unique perspective. 

You will own:

  • Product roadmap and market outcomes within your domain in Ad Products, translating user problems and market opportunities into agile product roadmaps
  • Providing a fresh perspective and providing insight to current trends, grounding your decisions in user research, technical considerations and business goals, leveraging background in Ad Operations through this process
  • Coordinating with a cross-functional team of engineers, user experience, analysts, and marketers to measurable improve the success of our clients
  • Partnering with senior leadership to proactively problem solve and prioritize initiatives with the potential to deliver the greatest business impact
  • Rapidly experimenting, learning and delivering proven value
  • Defining what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals and strategies
  • Using Multivariate testing, User Interviews, UX research, and other data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform product decisions and prioritization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an ad operations function (no formal product management experience required)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or ad tech in a B2B setting, ideally with a familiarity of in-app mobile advertising technology
  • Experience working on or using ad products available through DSPs
  • Experience in one or more of the top tier DSPs, including TradeDesk, Xander, MediaMath, ETC.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Computer Science or other technical field preferred
  • Comfort navigating product challenges in a fast-paced environment, while working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture
  • Excellent quantitative skills, with ability to define success metrics, run multivariate tests, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights to guide decision making

Requirements:

  • 5+  years of relevant experience and 3+ years product marketing experience in SaaS preferably in ad tech in a B2B setting, ideally with a familiarity of in-app mobile advertising technology

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with strong professional connections to CPG Brands directly, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Media agencies based in Western U.S.. The ideal candidate is self-directed with a proven track record of leading a sales team, meeting/exceeding team quotas as well as contributing to success by leveraging network by securing quality, profitable business with repeatable success in mind. This candidate to have proven experience managing and growing a sales team, including exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

You will own:

  • Lead Current and Growing West Region Sales Team
  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
  • Recruiting and training new Account Executives to join our west-coast sales team
  • Educating and training Agencies on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual team sales quotas
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within ad-tech, martech
  • Deep understanding of mobile, in-app advertising
  • A viable, current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
  • Proven experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
