Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with strong professional connections to CPG Brands directly, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Media agencies based in or near Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is self-directed with a proven track record of securing quality, profitable business with repeatable success in mind.

You will own:

  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
  • Educating and training Agencies on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing

Role Summary

AdAdapted is seeking driven entry-level candidates with a hunger to learn more about sales and business to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role requires a positive attitude and innate interest in optimizing messaging, A/B testing and relentless prospecting. Initially, individuals will be focused on Business Development (identifying key-contacts with potential advertising partners through prospecting and securing quality meetings with decision stakeholders as an integral part of our Sales & Marketing teams). 

As a BDR, success is measured by the number of quality business opportunities produced and the amount of revenue generated for the company. For those offered the opportunity, they will learn and develop important skill-sets & mental-toughness that transfer to all future endeavors.

  • Secure monthly meetings (1+ monthly) with senior client/agency leadership to educate and build awareness of AdAdapted benefit within eCommerce and the Omnichannel strategy leading to +$1M business opportunities.
  • Establish 1+ quarterly client or agency internal town hall presentations, podcasts or other communications forms to build client/agency wide awareness of AdAdapted

Role Summary:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will play an important role in driving growth and user adoption of products and features across the AdAdapted ecosystem.  This is a highly strategic and collaborative position critical to the success of our product line.

You will develop and execute go-to-market plans and work across the marketing team on strategies to ensure continued adoption and growth of new AdAdapted products and services such as retailer-focused offerings and proprietary products focused on growing “vice” categories.  The ideal candidate must be innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects with stakeholders across marketing and other departments.

You will own:

  • Create Go-To-Market plans to promote existing and new mobile advertising products, driving awareness and adoption amongst prospective customers and current clients
  • Define product-specific value propositions and create messaging to differentiate new and existing AdAdapted offerings
  • You will be tasked with arming our salesforce with marketing collateral to ensure they are well prepared to sell new solutions, which could include developing sales enablement materials such as slide decks and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, analytics, product, engineering, sales, and operations on product launches and other special projects. 
  • Stay on top of cutting-edge marketing tactics, market trends, and the competitive landscape relevant to the product areas that you support.
  • Be an internal advocate for our clients’ needs, addressing pain points as we develop new solutions and refine existing products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in the field of business, marketing, advertising, or related
  • 5+  years of relevant experience in marketing or ad tech in a B2B setting, ideally with a familiarity of in-app mobile advertising technology
  • 3+  years of direct product marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects with a cross-functional team
  • Experience using tools such as CRM/marketing automation tools, Looker, Google suite 
  • Experience with marketing in CPG, e-commerce, or retail required
  • Experience collaborating with and supporting enterprise sales teams
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and an innovative mindset to grow your products using various marketing tactics
  • Ability to interpret data and form insights for growth tactics
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, experience at a high-growth company is a plus

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for a leader from the CPG digital advertising sector who has proven digital thought leadership by successfully leading a digital agency practice, owning digital strategy, execution and spend for leading CPG brands. You will drive all aspects of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within the installed base. You will be a valued strategic partner to our clients to drive innovative new campaigns, product innovations, and increased value perceptions of our offerings. Your knowledge of our offerings as well as our clients evolving digital advertising needs empower you to initiate and validate our product roadmap.

You should be highly data-driven when making decisions around client’s media strategies and growth initiatives. You will be a true subject matter expert on our products and be an evangelist for our value proposition when building client relationships.

Our VP, Client Success & Strategy (Growth & Retention) will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder with direct influence on company-wide decisions and strategy. In addition to leading satisfaction and retention, this leader will lead the client success team to instill and measure excellence in client satisfaction across the organization. This leader will also create an automation plan to limit redundancies and increase client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting to our board of directors on occasion to highlight growth in dollar retention and satisfaction of our client base.

You will own:

  • Lead the client success team that is responsible for client retention and growth of existing accounts. You will continuously elevate client practices, value perceptions, and satisfaction that will create client account growth. Your performance / incentive compensation will be directly related to these metrics.

  • Acting as the leading client evangelist in the company and subject matter expert on all AdAdapted solutions and value propositions. You will have a deep understanding of AdAdapted solutions and how they can be implemented as part of a client’s strategy to achieve improved performance and reach KPIs defined by the client.

  • Understand and influence our client’s advertising strategies, including any changes in technologies/marketplace and annual marketing cycles that could affect the client’s advertising strategy.

  • Develop compelling client-facing reports, value metrics, and other collateral using data-driven insights to support strategic client recommendations, at times collaborating with the sales team to develop slide decks.

  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop case studies, value-based selling material, and other compelling sales collateral.

  • Presenting effectively to external clients and train the CS team to also convey compelling value of our offerings that drive strong measured client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in leading CPG agency driving strategy and execution for CPB brands in client-facing role

  • Strong operations background in driving teams to effectively serve clients while creating world-class measured satisfaction

  • Deep understanding of digital media solutions and ability to lead the maximization of AdAdapted value perception to become our leading client evangelist and subject matter expert on AdAdapted solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with C-level clients

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client teams and complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

  • Experience working at high-growth companies, especially within start-up environments
