Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with a thorough understanding of the Consumer Goods  vertical and existing relationships & network  to CPG Brands, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Media agencies based in the NY Metro & NorthEast . The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in building a territory, achieving/exceeding assigned revenue goals and a consistent track record of securing quality meetings that lead to profitable business with repeatable success in mind. This candidate should also have an interest in prospecting new business by working closely with our Business Development & Sales Planner functions to bring new business into the company.  This position will work closely with and report into the VP, East Coast sales.   

You will own:

  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
  • Educating and training Agencies on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas, building pipeline to maintain consistent, substantial levels of performance
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Experience selling to CPG, Digital/Shopper agencies, , and e-commerce brands
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within ad-tech, martech
  • Knows how to navigate complex organizations to evangelize AdAdapted’s value proposition to necessary stakeholders. 
  • Not deterred by failure, is resilient and unfazed by rejection
  • Deep understanding of mobile, in-app advertising
  • A viable, current network of key-contacts across CPG brands, digital & shopper agencies

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is seeking a world class marketing professional to join our growing sales and marketing team!  You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder, and will be responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategies from inception to execution including both internal and external communication.  You will leverage your product marketing, lead generation, and branding experience to aggressively expand our market presence.  You will deeply understand our target market, and your work will be critical to meeting and exceeding our growth targets.  As a leader at one of the fastest-growing startups in the midwest region you will contribute to our strategic direction as a company and will have a direct impact on building both the marketing function and company as a whole. 

You will own:

  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategy for new products and markets, working with leadership to identify opportunities, positioning, and pricing. This could include vertical and market expansion beyond domestic CPGs and agencies.
  • Driving awareness around core CPG offerings, including our proprietary Add-It (mobile ad) offerings.
  • Manage launch of evolving product offering in coordination with other internal teams (product, engineering, sales, etc) including messaging and marketing collateral for the Company’s consumer purchase intent data.

  • Continuously improve lead generation and costs of acquisition metrics
  • Contribute to company branding and PR efforts, representing the company to a variety of key stakeholders ranging from media and partners to customers and investors.

Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or similar field 
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience ideally within digital media, 5+ years experience in a leadership function
  • Proven success in building and scaling a successful B2B marketing team that achieved aggressive growth
  • Advanced understanding of AdTech/MarTech and digital landscape
  • Experience within CPG and retail space
  • Experience defining a category, brand, product, and value proposition
  • Demonstrated ability to significantly impact lead generation in creative ways
  • Demonstrated strength in conceptual strategy and execution while still maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves management style

This person must have experience writing and creating original content for a range of marketing and communication materials.   • Designing content marketing strategies, including sales and marketing as well as support videos, sales collateral, blogs, case studies and customer journey campaigns, with greater marketing and leadership team

You will own:

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director to determine best approaches to social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content needs.
  • A/B testing
  • Building workflows for marketing automations and drip campaigns
  • SEM implementation and maintenance: helps implement and monitor budget, adjusts keywords, addresses alerts, keeps team aware of activity on weekly basis
  • As we get more efficient in our systems, you will help updating reporting regularly
  • Execute website and landing page form integrations and pixel/tag implementation
  • Check up weekly on integration statuses
  • Report and calibrate to consistently improve conversion rates, click through rates, time spent on site, form fills, etc.
  • Drives paid advertising campaigns, pivots when necessary, and reports on results.
  • Executes digital campaign launches, sharing plans, and assets with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Produces and implements social content in accordance with strategy and brand voice.

AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with strong professional connections to CPG Brands directly, Shopper Marketing, and/or Digital Media agencies including eCommerce / on-line B2C sales. The ideal candidate is self-directed with a proven track record of securing quality, profitable business with repeatable success in mind. This person should have a strong network of contacts on the west coast within digital agencies and CPG brands.

You will own:

  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
  • Educating and training Agencies and CPG Brands on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within ad-tech, martech
  • Deep understanding of mobile, in-app advertising
  • A viable, current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
  • Proven experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for a high-energy Senior Recruiter to help grow our team. We have nearly doubled in size in 2021 and anticipate continued growth for all teams in 2022. As a recruiter here you will partner with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and recruiting processes, working on both active requisitions and pipelining for future talent.

You will own:

  • Recruit for various roles across business and tech teams, thinking creatively about new ways to implement sourcing strategies and programs, making adjustments so that it can grow and sustain, while being fearless in trying new things
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and hiring managers across the company to understand the pain points of our existing processes and build a better experience for our hiring managers and interview teams
  • Assist with mapping out the current candidate journey and identify opportunities for us to enhance the experience on all sides of the interview process
  • Proactively pipeline for talent, anticipating the needs of our growing team as you partner with leadership to define recruitment strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting, staffing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of Human Resources or similar
  • ATS experience required (preferably Paychex, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices including employment and labor laws
  • Able to shift priorities and demonstrate flexibility while juggling multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and represent the AdAdapted culture in all internal and external communications / interactions 
  • Experience in fast-paced, startup environment is a plus
