Role Summary:

The Ad Ops Associate manages a select number of advertising campaigns, coordinating and frequently communicating  with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering to provide outstanding service to our customers. This includes initial configuration and ongoing optimization to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and flexible team player, with a strong analytical and creative mind that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of digital advertising experience
  • Trafficking and campaign implementation experience preferred; optimization experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of online advertising industry terms, concepts, and business models
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with DFP, DFA, various 3rd party creative and ad serving systems
  • Experience using statistics to understand and manipulate data sets

Role Summary

AdAdapted is seeking driven entry-level candidates with a hunger to learn more about sales and business to join our Business Development team. Initially, individuals will be focused on Business Development (identifying key-contacts with potential advertising partners through prospecting and securing quality meetings with decision stakeholders as an integral part of our Sales & Marketing teams).

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role requires a positive attitude and innate interest in optimizing messaging, A/B testing and relentless prospecting. As a BDR, success is measured by the number of quality business opportunities produced and the amount of revenue generated for the company. For those offered the opportunity, they will learn and develop important skill-sets & mental-toughness that transfer to all future endeavors. By the end of the BDR-rotation, individuals will have gained experience within sales-techniques/messaging, territory-strategy/execution, CRM systems and a wide variety of sales & marketing-related technologies.

Depending on business needs & objectives, individuals who meet / exceed their objectives over a sustained period of time may be eligible to receive further exposure to other areas of the company. This could include shadowing other individuals within the company, and/or a more formal transfer or promotion into another department.  BDRs will continue to build hands-on experience in a variety of different functions and skills.  This could include experience in the areas of:

  • Client Success (Client Management, Upselling)
  • Corporate Development (Strategic Partnerships, Forecasting)
  • Delivery Manager – Ad Operations (Campaign deployment & optimization)
  • Account Executive (Revenue production)

The goal of our Business Development Representative role is not only to excel in the core functions of Business Development (prospecting, territory strategy, etc.) but is to also provide the individual with exposure to other areas of business to aid in career development. It’s a tremendous opportunity that requires a personal investment, and due to this we are looking for individuals committed to a career investment minimum of 2 years.

  • Working with clients during all phases of the campaign; Serve as the strategic lead and ultimate point of escalation for clients and your team across your portfolio
  • Monitoring campaign health and performance, collaborate with ad ops team to proactively employ optimization strategies

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years previous account management experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, desire and previous experience to lead client conversations with senior-level professionals preferred
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at once.

On the mobile engineering team you’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in coding, testing and system design to help us grow our products and features.  We strive to create an environment that provides the support and mentorship needed to learn and grow while encouraging our team members to collaborate, think big and take risks in a blame-free environment.  As a mobile engineer you will be working on our iOS Swift and React Native SDK’s while conducting R&D on up and coming mobile frameworks like Flutter.

Role Summary:

AdAdapted is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive  our product roadmap forward.  This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our AdAdapted product strategy and vision. 

 

You Will Own:

  • Owning the product roadmap and market outcomes within your domain 
  • Balancing long-term investments like extracting capabilities from a monolith into microservices with meeting the short-term needs of your stakeholders and delivering impact to clients and end-users
  • Rapidly experimenting, learning and delivering proven value 
  • Coordinating with a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and marketers to measurable improve the success of our clients
  • Partnering with senior leadership to proactively problem solve and prioritize initiatives with the potential to deliver the greatest business impact
  • Defining what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals and strategies
  • Using Multivariate testing, User Interviews, UX research, and other data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform product decisions and prioritization  
  • Building partnerships and managing stakeholders across the company

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role with hands on customer interaction and bias towards action
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Computer Science or other technical field preferred
  • Comfort navigating product challenges in a fast-paced environment, while working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture
  • Excellent quantitative skills, with ability to define success metrics, run multivariate tests, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights to guide decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the digital advertising or marketing space
  • Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products
